Dan Bayla is a Seattle-based lender specializing in mortgage loans and mortgage refinances. Dan’s goal was to increase leads. Dan Bayla wanted to increase the leads for refinances. Refinance rates were very attractive throughout 2020 however, advertising competition was steadily increasing as lenders wanted to take advantage of the opportunity. To generate leads, a comprehensive social advertising program with a combination of lead form and retargeting ads was built on Facebook.
Targeting audiences in this category can be tricky due to rules and requirements put in place by the advertising platforms, however, our team was able to identify relevant audiences that drove high-quality traffic. This program became so successful that ultimately, we needed to turn it off because the client could not process the volume of high-quality leads at the rate they were being driven. Overall, the social advertising program built for this client drove a large return on investment.
