While people aren’t buying all their gifts on their cellphones during the holiday season, they may use it to determine what stores they’d like to visit. Or read reviews. Or find your store. If the ease isn’t there, your store could be passed up for another. So it’s more important than ever to have a website that’s optimized for mobile or an app that’s slick and easy to use.
