Four Ways Twitter Is Getting Better

Some long-time Twitter users complain that the platform has changed too much from its early days and vision – and are concerned that it may become too commercial or “corporate” (especially since it announced its IPO intentions). However, some point out that there are some ways in which Twitter has improved. 

 

A few months ago, Jeni Hinojosa, a social media strategist at EMSI, a public relations firm in Tampa, FLA that represents authors and companies, started to notice that Twitter was changing some functions that affected her clients. “The changes appear designed to make Twitter more appealing to investors when the initial public offering is finally made,” she says.
