I’ll be the first person to admit that I’m not a morning person. I hate that I love to stay up late because it often jeopardizes my mornings and consequentially the rest of my day. Because of this, I don’t have an established morning routine that sets me up for true success throughout the day. It’s something I’m working toward, but it’s admittedly hard to break habits.
It’s well known that the most successful people wake up at the crack of dawn and have a consistent morning routine. But how do they set themselves up for success before the morning even starts?
